INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING THE PATCHES<\/strong><\/h1>\n

1) Take the adhesive sheet<\/p>\n

2) Gently remove the protective film as shown in the photo, leaving the upper part.<\/p>\n

3) Take the padded patch out of the transparent pouch. The printed side must be placed on the adhesive side of the sheet.<\/p>\n

4) Press the padded patch onto the centre of the adhesive sheet.<\/p>\n

5) Remove the upper part of the protective film and apply the patch to the sole of the foot<\/p>\n

6) The patch must be applied according to the foot reflexology points to be treated; press the patch firmly with your hand making sure the edges adhere well.<\/p>\n

7) Repeat the operation for the other foot<\/p>\n

8) After applying to both feet, go to bed<\/p>\n

9) Application time from 4 to 12 hours, according to your needs. The use of a light sock is recommended.<\/p>\n

10) Gently remove the patches<\/p>\n

11) Gently remove the patch, without touching the inner part<\/p>\n

12) After removal, dispose of the patches with solid urban waste.<\/p>\n
