1) Neem het kleefvel<\/p>\n

2) Verwijder voorzichtig de beschermfolie zoals op de foto, en laat het bovenste deel zitten.<\/p>\n

3) Haal de gewatteerde pleister uit het transparante zakje. De bedrukte kant moet op de klevende kant van het vel worden geplaatst.<\/p>\n

4) Druk de gewatteerde pleister in het midden van het kleefvel.<\/p>\n

5) Verwijder het bovenste deel van de beschermfolie en breng de pleister aan op de voetzool<\/p>\n

6) Breng de pleister aan op de te behandelen reflexpunten van de voet; druk hem stevig aan met uw hand en zorg dat de randen goed hechten.<\/p>\n

7) Herhaal dit voor de andere voet<\/p>\n

8) Ga na het aanbrengen op beide voeten naar bed<\/p>\n

9) Draagtijd van 4 tot 12 uur, afhankelijk van uw behoefte. Het dragen van een dunne sok wordt aanbevolen.<\/p>\n

10) Verwijder de pleisters voorzichtig<\/p>\n

11) Verwijder de pleister voorzichtig, zonder de binnenkant aan te raken<\/p>\n

12) Gooi de pleisters na het verwijderen weg bij het restafval.<\/p>\n
