HOW TO PREPARE IT Place a filter bag in a cup and pour boiling water over it; leave to infuse for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy plain or with honey. Once prepared, the herbal tea can also be enjoyed cold. Also excellent as a base for risottos and other first courses.
