Description
Brodo mio is the highly original ORGANIC vegetable broth in a filter bag that is prepared like a herbal tea. It is healthy and 100% natural, ready in just 10 minutes and suitable for many preparations. You can enjoy it as it is or use it as a base for risottos and other dishes.
HOW TO PREPARE IT: Put 1 filter bag of Brodo mio in 1 litre of cold water and bring to the boil. Boil for 10-12 minutes, if possible with a lid, so as to preserve all the aromas of the vegetables. Serve, or use to prepare soups, broths, risottos, etc. To flavour sauces, braised dishes or roasts, add 1 filter bag during cooking. After cooking, you can open the natural-fabric filter bag and add the vegetables to the dish.
