Online right of withdrawal 2019: 14 days
Under the right of withdrawal and online cancellation (European Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights), goods may be returned within 14 working days without giving any reason.
Rules on when the withdrawal period starts:
the 14 days the consumer has to exercise the right of withdrawal run from the moment the goods are received.
Right to a Refund:
sellers and traders are required to issue a refund within 14 days of withdrawal, also covering the Delivery Costs of the goods incurred by the customer.
- For advance payment, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.
- With PayPal you will receive a direct refund to your PayPal account.
- With credit card you will receive a direct refund to your credit card.
- With bank transfer you will receive a refund to your bank account
Rules on the validity of the right of withdrawal:
- Returned products must be sealed and in their original packaging or container.
Use well-packed boxes and parcels for the return. - the products must not have been damaged by external agents such as, for example, prolonged exposure to temperatures incompatible with the products themselves or other factors.
- Use the withdrawal form and enclose a copy in the parcel.
