INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING THE PATCHES

1) Take the adhesive sheet

2) Gently remove the protective film as shown in the photo, leaving the upper part.

3) Take the padded patch out of the transparent pouch. The printed side must be placed on the adhesive side of the sheet.

4) Press the padded patch onto the centre of the adhesive sheet.

5) Remove the upper part of the protective film and apply the patch to the sole of the foot

6) The patch must be applied according to the foot reflexology points to be treated; press the patch firmly with your hand making sure the edges adhere well.

7) Repeat the operation for the other foot

8) After applying to both feet, go to bed

9) Application time from 4 to 12 hours, according to your needs. The use of a light sock is recommended.

10) Gently remove the patches

11) Gently remove the patch, without touching the inner part

12) After removal, dispose of the patches with solid urban waste.
